What should our firm expect from its website?
What most website designers won’t tell you is that your website serves two purposes: 1. Direct response, and 2. Branding and awareness.
Your website should contain several “landing pages” (similar to the page you’re on now) focused on your practice areas, client profiles, etc. These pages serve as the direct response portion of your website.
The other pages or sections of your site (About Us, Attorney Profiles, etc.) are meant for branding and awareness. When someone searches Google for your firm and lands on your website, they must see the cornerstones of credibility and legitimacy, at least if you want them to pick up the phone and call you.
